About Project Juan

See. Report. Verify. Transparent projects, stronger communities.

Project Juan is a civic transparency platform for documenting public projects across the Philippines. It brings official project information and community observations into one organized public record so residents can understand what is being built, where public work is happening, and how projects change over time.

Our purpose

Make public-project information easier to find, document and monitor while encouraging responsible community participation and better public accountability.

How reports become records

A submission enters reviewer assessment first. It may become the first report under a newly approved project profile or be connected to an existing master project to prevent duplicates.

Verification and evidence

Photos, locations, references and field observations support review. Unverified reports remain clearly distinguished from records that have completed verification.

Community responsibility

Contributors should provide accurate, lawful and relevant information. Personal or sensitive information should not be placed in public descriptions or uploaded evidence.

You've seen the project. Help build the public record.

You do not need to know every contract detail. Report what you can actually observe, pin the correct location and provide a real site photo. Other contributors and public records can help complete the picture.
